Manchester City are on the brink of making history as they host West Ham United on the final day of the Premier League season, with a win enough to secure an unprecedented fourth consecutive title.
Pep Guardiola's side currently lead the table by a single point from Liverpool, meaning victory at the Etihad Stadium will guarantee them the trophy regardless of what happens at Anfield.
City have been in imperious form all season, winning 28 of their 37 matches and scoring 96 goals in the process. They have also been boosted by the arrival of Erling Haaland, who has scored a remarkable 26 goals in his debut campaign in England.
West Ham, meanwhile, have had a disappointing season and are 13th in the table. However, they will be looking to end the campaign on a high and will be determined to spoil City's title party.
